Once again Game Sphere has openings. USA and Holland were filled, but now
Austria and Turkey are open. This game uses the vassal-dummies rule. No powers
are vassals as yet, but Russia and Brazil are dummy powers, with CSA eliminated.
The game has great potential as yet, and each power has opportunities.
