A gesture (touch) interface for Diplomacy would be awkward for most players.
I'll share my gesture map and open it for comments if there's interest.
There will probably be read-only interfaces to check turns before there's
order entry.

A server-side API is a stepping stone to app development, but that's not a
problem for us. The DPPD was a REST API before REST was done in ALL CAPS.
