Diplomacy World #119 Released - Fall 2012 Issue

 The new Fall 2012 issue of Diplomacy World, #119, is now available for download.  Inside you'll find three main topics, although there are certainly articles on others:

World DipCon XXII

The passing of Richard Walkerdine

and

The end of the current Demo Game, along with all End of Game reports.
