The F2012R Pouch is up

For the first time since 2008, we have a Fall Retreats issue of The
Diplomatic Pouch! Many thanks to the editorial staff and the
contributors who made it happen.

Even as we celebrate the release of the current issue, we plan for the
next one. Many of you have already been approach for articles for the
W2012A issue, with a deadline of December 1st, but if we haven't asked
you for an article yet, well, that's only because we didn't know you
were interested. :-)
