Game 'enver' needs a new Italy

Game 'enver' is a white-partial press Youngstown Crystal Ball game. The game 
has officially started, but no moves have processed, because the original 
Italy rudely declined to enter any.
The position is therefore open to anyone who wants to take it over. It's a 
4/4 position, pending Spring 1901 Moves (which have not been processed, let 
alone entered), so your destiny will be wholly within your hands if you take 
over.

This looks like it should be a good way of getting to know the Xtalball 
variant, and we have a good mixture of players ready and waiting. So if it 
appeals, send the following command to the Judge:

TAKEOVER Italy@enver password
SIGNOFF
