Game 'enver' needs a new France

Game 'enver' is a white-partial press crystal ball game on the Youngstown 
map. As we head towards the F1901M phase, France has had to leave the game 
due to a bereavement. So the position (which is 4/4, for those concerned 
with that sort of thing) is up for grabs.
I can't stress this enough, it's a very good position and the game has 
barely begun, so you should have more than enough change to make and break 
alliances, rather than being saddled with the baggage of the previous 
player. It's also a great opportunity for Crystal Ball rookies to get to 
know the variant, the Youngstown map is very expansive and should lend 
itself to some very interesting play.
