Game 'nato' needs a new Germany

Game 'nato' is a broadcast-only Modern game with W2007A pending. There's an 
opening for a Germany with 21 SCs and only 19 units (i.e. your first move 
will be to build two new units).
This is a very impressive position in a great game which has been really 
interesting right up to now, so anyone who feels up to the challenge should 
send the Takeover command, which is:

TAKEOVER Germany@nato password
SIGNOFF
