Game 'enver' needs a new Russia

If anyone's interested in Crystal Ball Diplomacy, read on:

Game 'enver' is a white-partial press Youngstown Crystal Ball game. We're 
currently waiting on F1906M (i.e. anyone who takes this position over will 
only be able to order hypothetical F1906R onwards) and a 4/5 Russia has 
dropped out.
The position is still viable, despite the previous player clearly having had 
very little interest in the position (as I see it as Master). Certainly 
there's room to play an enjoyable game and get the hang of the Crystal Ball 
rules.
