Game: enoddip_redux
Power: Italy
Phase: W2001A
Units: 14
SCs: 15
Variant: Modern
Press: White-Partial
Comments: Positions like these are few and far between. Not only do you have
a build due, you're actually 2-3 SCs ahead of anyone else on the board. This
game's been plagued a bit with latenesses and abandonments, so taking it
over is both a favour and a good choice.
Game: musical_chairs
Power: Russia
Phase: S1906M
Units: 7
SCs: 8
Variant: shiftaround
Press: White-partial
Comments: Almost as good as the first position. Russia here is joint leader
with Austria and has control over all home SCs barring SEV, which is German.
The game tends to process on time and is at quite an interesting point in
its history. Any new Russian will still have a bit of work to do before
pulling clear of the pack, but is in a prime position to make a run to the
magic 18.
Game: clausewitz
Power: 6 remaining before gamestart
Phase: waiting to begin
Variant: Youngstown Payola
Press: None
Comments: This is shaping up to be a very interesting challenge as a game.
There haven't been many of this sort of game run, and if anyone wants in
then I thoroughly recommend it.
So what are you all waiting for? Get joining and taking over!
Harry
