Brazil in FOG_OF_WAR

The game fog_of_war has an opening for Brazil in what has become a year and
a half long endeavor of an Imperial Game.  This complex variant has
xtallball and several blind rules to make it particularly challenging.
Brazil is by no means a mercy position (although I can't say more to
preserve the secrecy of the game.)  If you are interested, send the
