First-ever USDP Chaos Game

(Yes, this isn't necessarily dpjudge Mailing List content, but it's 
important and significant and we need 34 players...)

Ladies and gentlemen, I present the Chaos Variant. Yes, your eyes are not 
deceiving you, the 34-power Chaos Variant has arrived at the USDP and is 
waiting to be played.
For those who've never heard about it before, take the Standard map and have 
every single SC as the single home SC of a power. There are, in this manner, 
34 powers. Everyone gets a choice of build to start with and can build 
anywhere. In short, it's a kind of...well...chaotic variant and it's finally 
here at USDP.
The first game of the variant is called, funnily enough, 'chaos'.

This game, being the first, is being done in the Standard fashion (so nobody 
needs to worry about payola or xtalball trickery) and has no special rules 
at all. So come on down and join up. If you've got a pressing idea about a 
rule that *should* be added, then feel free to let me know when you've 
joined and I'll give it some thought.
