Vanilla 1900 vs. "kitchen sink" games

Well, let's find out...

Note that I am new to GMing on the DP judge and so please advise if I have
made any errors. Obviously it would defeat the point if people joined the
standard game and started requesting rule changes. Note also that I am not
willing to use any of the CD rules even if voted for unanimously. Though I
am, of course, willing to hand over to another GM if this is requested ;-).
