  Steve is out till 7th september, but I have orders from him.  So, I am setting the deadline as normal while he is away, since we are a lagging semi game!

  Next deadline is a bit longer, but not that much!

  DEADLINE TO SPRING 1908 is FRIDAY, 3rd Sept 2004, 23:00 (-3GMT).
  When Steve is back he is able to send retreat orders.  If he can read and pick mails while then, then he may change his orders as he sees fit before the deadline! :-)
