WM Semifinal 1 Fall 1909 movement adjudication

here you go with your adjudication;-) Although we have three retreats only  
one retreat is important as Russia has to disband its units anyway during  
adjustments. Thanks to you Rick for playing through till the bitter end.  
Adam, could you please broadcast that retreat asap. At all who have to  
adjust:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make your build/disband orders final to allow me an  
early adjudication. If I don't receive all adjustments marked final till  
Sunday I will postpone the Spring 1910 deadline by one day but it'll make  
sense if I don't have to as this would be the only short turn then and we  
would be nearly back to our normal "Monday schedule" afterwards.

needed after a fall phase the adjustments generally happen 24 hours  
earlier. There will always be at last 24 hours between adjudications. The  
retreat and adjustment deadlines are only indications and really mean  
exactly 24 hours after the last adjudication took place.
