RE: WMSF3 England EOG

 
 Unfortunately, I'm short on time, as I now have a
real job, and I'm trying to play TWO other tournament
PBEM games. ;)

 so I'll keep it short and make the points that i
really want to make:

 First, Julio, congratulations. Despite my in-game
rage, and after I spent some quality time stewing over
getting stabbed, I realized that it was the good move
on your part. I never thought you'd work with Ray, and
when you did, I didn't have much to do except tip my
hat and say "nice play". You earned the win.

 Ray, you evil psychic vampire from the future: you
sniffed out immediately that I was coming for you, and
did exactly what you needed to. For those first couple
of seasons, you're absolutely right that I wasn't
serious about working with you, and it MUST have shown
to a player as good as you. I thought I just had the
E/F (not to mention I thought I had the secret FIR).
It was one of the sloppiest games I've ever played,
and I'm sure it contributed to my loss - I'm not proud
of the way I diplomed with you this game, and I hope
next time we're on a board we do better. 

 Roger, how in god's name did we screw that up? ;)
Good working with you - we'll get it right next time.

 Kester, you're an old school master of PBEM, and i
learned a lot playing with you. 

 Nick, I wish you and Roger had figured out a way to
work together more closely - the FIR should have
worked. Sorry about my own indecisiveness when you
needed me. You played a good game too.

 John, we hardly talked. ;)

 Thanks to our gamemaster for running the game well,
