Announce: FlightGear v0.9.4.pre1 and SimGear v0.3.5.pre1

This is a quick announcement (primarily to the FG developers and users) 
of the first pre-release of FlightGear v0.9.4 and SimGear v0.3.5.  This 
is not an "official" official release, but a testing release.  Please 
take the time to download this version and test it out on your system.  
We need as much distributed debugging as possible so that problems don't 
find their way into the final release.  Please pay special attention to 
the contents of the base package.  Do all the included planes load and 
function as they do in the cvs version.  Are there any missing textures, 
and missing data files, anything break with the build process, anything 
else weird?

Thanks for your participation!  The more people we can get to test the 
pre releases, the better the final release will be.
