FlightGear v0.9.4.pre2 and SimGear v0.3.5.pre2

This is a quick announcement (primarily to the FG developers and users) 
of the second pre-release of FlightGear v0.9.4 and SimGear v0.3.5.  This 
is not an "official" official release, but a testing release.  Several 
problems and issues found in the first prerelease have been fixed, so 
please take the time to download this version and test it out on your 
system.  We need as much distributed debugging as possible so that 
problems don't find their way into the final release.  The base package 
has also been updated with several tweaks as well.

Thanks for your participation!  The more people we can get to test the 
pre releases, the better the final release will be.
