I doubt there is any perfect solution.
Shouldn't stop us trying though. The Wright Flyer is obviously an edge case
and that alongside a few other obvious cases will always be firmly in the
Fun hangar.
Maybe something along the lines of a Type Certificate is the way to go in
the long term.
But meantime for maximum gain for least effort we have 3 hangars.

Well developed -close to using for actual useful learning. C172 A320 J3Cub
MD11 Tu154 etc

Fun - Wright Flyer, much of Helijahs work

Everything else.


Of course there will be debate about what goes where but it's a start and
with proper documentation could alleviate newcomers getting negative
impressions.
