Well, we've had out fair share of of enthousiast coming by for the first 
time, proposing what has to be changed and why and then relying on the 
handful of developers to do the real work. Most of them left out of 
frustration that nobody listened. While the reality is that those who 
could do it are already overwhelmed with work, life and, in their spare 
time, other FlightGear problems.

I'm past the point where I care whether an individual user stays or not. 
If they have ideas then they have to put up their sleeves and get to 
work on it themselves. And then the other developers will be glad to 
help out where they can.
