That's still to be developed, but fundamentally: migrate the aircraft to
gltf with PBR textures.

There's some instructions in the wiki on what options to set in Blender.

That looks very like OSG hasn't been compiled with the JPG plugin, perhaps
because OSG hasn't found a JPG library?

If you have compiled OSG yourself, please check the plugins.  If it's from
our CI, then that may need updating.
