Hi, You could use visual studio to build it or use a script directly Whenever VS gets a version bump they also bump MSVC. Then why do we check if FG builds in VS, not just MSVC ? Am Do., 25. Just reporting that FlightGear (2024.1) builds in VS2026 and latest MSVC as with VS2022 no problem. The NEW -> OLD workaround is still needed obviously, as that's a CMake thing. But it was a transparent move for me, with VS2022 and previous MSVC no longer installed. Qt still only has options for VS2022 but with latest MSVC in VS2026 everything builds fine so far. I've updated the wiki with the relevant info.
