It's up to you where to define the origin of the FDM model. You could 
specify it at the tip of the nose, at the CG or in the center-line at 
the fwd nozzle position.

JSBSim now defines an AC_AERORP. This value is defined relative to the 
AC_CGLOC and is shared with the model 3d origin. So you specify the 3d 
model origin relative to the CG of the aircraft using AC_AERORP
