registration

Hi
I have tried to register on the Flightgear forum but unfortunately it says that my IP address is blacklisted. I can't contact a moderator to find out why, because you need to be registered to get a list of moderators.

I appreciate that you may not be able to help me directly, but you may be able to point me in the right direction for some help.
