terragear cygwin help!

I spend my weekend to compile terragear in cygwin and I cant handle this 
problem. there is a liitle info so I hope you understand the problem
IN the process of  ./configure of terragear it says there was winbase.h but 
can not be compiled... also in simgear compile  there was an error in openal 
and I simply extract sound from make process... I dont think its crucial for 
terragear... I was uninstalled x11 to compile simgear but terragear found it 
and i simply rename the folder  delete terragear folder and restart process  
but only a few lines changed and error STAYS the same  cannot find lsgmisc. 
....How can I solve that ???
