I have a AMD64 with Gento on it. I ahve never had any luck in the past with building scenery but, FGSD now produces files just like yours. I have spoken with Fred via email, and so far havent a solution. I belive it is somthing in simagear that causes the problem on 64 Bit machine creating the files. Interestingly being "Pure" of multilib makes no change. I have been wondering if it's and Edian problem but have no way to test. If I can be of help let me know as I want to get back to scenery modification and belive the problems are both related.
