Or if writing scripts isn't your forte, you can install gdal and proj.4 and 
use gdal_warp to convert the data to a new projection.

If you find the gdal installation too challenging you can download FWTools 
which contains a standalone binary package containing  gdal, proj.4, openev 
and a few other useful tools. http://fwtools.maptools.org/
