I see the "value optimized out" stuff in the above; I did, however,
remove the -O2 options from the Lib/TriangleJRS makefile, as suggested
in the docs.  I'm going to try it again with -O2 also removed from
Lib/Polygon (where chop-bin resides), but if anyone has other advice,
please let me know.

I feel like I'm so close to getting this working.
