I think I agree with Greg that this is a bad idea. The AI already has the
problem that it does not attack enough at times, and this will make
matters worse. The AI need to be taught to attack more intelligently
(massive attacks).

Proper bodyguarding of attack transports would be a good idea. However,
this needs better bodyguard code, since the bodyguard must meet its charge
_at the pick up point_ rather than en route if it is to have any chance of
catching up, I think.
