there are some techs they they REALLY DON'T WANT.

if you try to give them, they won't accept, even if they come along 
with something they'd like.

you must see it:



load, go to the serbians, try to give them navigation, along with 
dozens of other techs. Then remove navigation. Very funny. Same thing 
with the English and automobile, i think.
