Freeciv 2.3.2 released

Freeciv 2.3.2 is now available for download.

This release fixes a number of bugs in 2.3.1, including a client crash
affecting many players of the Longturn LTeX23 game. See more details at

(A Windows package should follow shortly.)

(Also, the DNS problems with freeciv.org in the past two weeks have been
fixed -- clients should no longer be hanging when trying to connect to a
network game. forum.freeciv.org is still down, however.)
