[freeciv-data] UPDATED Iberian Peninsula for CVS

I am the author of the Iberian Peninsula map that appears in the
/data/scenario/ directory.

I finally managed to get some free time to do the final adjustments to
my map, and now I submit it (in an attached .ZIP) for inclusion in the
CVS.


I'll now devote my little free time to my next project: Mare Infinitus
(a series of maps with very few land tiles, so most of the action will
be sea-based).
