Yes.  But I didn't want to get nit-picky with ESR :)

FWIW, I created the Freeciv Dunedain and Mordor nations.  They were
really just for use with the modpack, but I thought they spiced up the
game too.  If you look at the civserver logs, you'll find the Dunedan
are one fot the most popular nations :)
