Obviously there is an other civserver process running on your system.
Kill it, e.g. with "killall civserver".

If you really want to run several civserver processes, you can do that.
Try "civserver --help".

I guess your problem arises becauses you have started one civserver
process with an icon in KDE and the other in a terminal.

Start the civserver from within a terminal and the civclient as you
like it.
