Hi,

    I have a few questions.
    (I'm running Windows ME, if you need to know)


    1. What is a CVS snapshot?
    2. How can I try the 1.14.1 beta?
    3. Where can I get the AI diplomacy? I saw it was available on the 
forum.
    4. I am currently running 1.14.0, and I can't find the CMA in the city
        dialog.
