controlling "Historian reports" frequency?

    Does anyone know of an option to control the frequency or
content of the "Historian Publishes" reports?

    I would like to see the "Most Advanced Civilizations" report on
every turn.  As it is now, I only see that report about once every
50 turns (or more).
