    Don't know.  What would its characteristics be (in FreeCiv
terms - cost, movement, vision, attack, defense, etc.)?  What tech
prereq would be needed?  If the prereq tech is new one, then where
would it fit in the tech tree?

    Forgive me if this info has already been provided, because I
don't remember seeing it.
