Finnish translation update

Hi,

The latest corrections are in, and I had time for some evening fun to go
with them. 2.5-2.6 files are just merged from 2.4, while
fi.po.ruledit.2-6 is a new completed translation (independent from the
other files). There are two POT-related reports below all this.

Could someone commit the following 6 files:

Branch 2.4:

2.4: israeli.ruleset:22
- Israeli ruleset has a 'kibbutznik' as a ruler name; I got the
impression from wikipedia that the female version might be kibbutznikyot
rather than the exact same, but should probably be checked.

2.6: tools/ruledit/ruledit_qt.cpp:94
- "Needed by %s" - could this get a TRANS comment, what is %s?
