I seem to remember that did some work on S2_5 but I stop it when I
saw that there were a lot of fuzzy strings in S2_4.

Don't worry about it. Just commit the file of S2_5. I did the
msgmerge myself ( with some trial/error ) and it produced that file in
freeciv dir and the same in nation as in the last revision.
