Probably Sunday 7 Feb. Might slip into the week.
Let's say any updated translations must be available by 0900 UTC on the
7th to get in 2.5.3.

We expect this release to become part of Ubuntu 16.04, which is a Long
Term Support (LTS) release, so any improvements in translations will
benefit more users than usual, for longer.
