German Freeciv translation for S2_5; resigning as German translator

Hi everyone,

attached is the German translation for S2_5's "freeciv" set, which
should be complete. Please include it into the upcoming Freeciv release.

I am sorry I cannot further maintain the German translation; I simply
lack the time to do so. I still find Freeciv to be a nice game and may
occasionally contribute some translations, but I cannot hold up with the
amount of work required to translate everything. The nations file is
still mainly untouched by me... I do hope that someone else can take
over so that the German translation does not (again) fall into
oblivion. Rather than leaving you unclear about my status, I thought
that I ought to inform you about this.
