2.5.6 release planned for this weekend

I plan to release 2.5.6 this coming weekend (19-20 Nov, probably 19th). This release mainly targets the upcoming Debian freeze. There have been no string changes since 2.5.5, so there's no string freeze period. Translation updates are always welcome, of course.
