Freeciv.org downtime 3.6 - 5.6

 The main freeciv.org servers will be down starting on Friday 3.6
afternoon, and should be back up by the end of that weekend.

 The main services affected are forum.freeciv.org, files.freeciv.org,
and the main homepage at www.freeciv.org.

 Wiki is not affected, except that the redirect from freeciv.org won't
work, so one needs to access it with URL
https://freeciv.fandom.com/wiki/ instead of otherwise recommended
http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/ one.

 meta.freeciv.org is not affected, as it's temporarily served from cazfi.net.

 modpack.freeciv.org is not affected, as it's temporarily served from
cazfi.net. Note that only branches past d3f (i.e. currently up to
freeciv-3.0) get their modpacks from modpack.freeciv.org. Development
versions, still including S3_1 at the moment, get their modpacks from
files.freeciv.org that is going to be down.
