 Scheduling this is only getting more challenging. Not only do I need
to make the release, but there are the preparations to do before it -
both the manual ones and various test runs (mainly build tests) on
computers.

 For the release itself, 10.6 would look like the best day for me, but
I don't think those preparations can be done before it. Regardless,
let's go to formal string freeze on this week Friday (3.6), so that
full week of freeze has passed by 10.6. This is complicated by the
(files.)freeciv.org downtime next weekend - meaning translators can't
grab the .po -files from there during the downtime.

 Currently the most likely solution to the scheduling problem is that
I'll release 3.0.2 mid-week, e.g. Tuesday 14.6 or Wednesday 15.6.
