I've finished the build tests. No failures due to freeciv (as usual, some
environments are broken at the moment - notably x32 chroot on Debian
Testing and tcc on Debian Testing)

No other regressions reported either.

So, releasing on Sunday 9.10 (date determined by UTC+3 timezone)
