 I don't have video about this po-file update service, but it's similar to
the ruleset updater one that I've shown here:

 1) You upload old version
 2) "Build" (The usual use-case for Jenkins is compiling a program) the new
version
 3) Download the resulting file ("Build Artifact")

 Other than that, what other services would ease translators' work, now
that we are in a bit better position to implement such things again?

The format isn't nice, but at least the information is there.
