I just refreshed .po files at https://files.freeciv.org/translations/
<http://files.freeciv.org/translations/> against latest English originals,
for all branches.

For the first time, these now include es_419, for which I pushed the basic
support in all branches about half an hour ago (if one uses any kind of
nightly builds; some of them produced this night were built before es_419
was added, some are still to be built and should get the new language
included)
