--0000000000001c109805f797dfbe Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" All the bootstrap file backports we wanted to 3.0.7 have been made, overall resolved ticket count ( as reported in https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/milestone/3736 ) is 94 already, so we would have some content to release. Also, it's close to two months since 3.0.6 release (actually; even if we started release preparations immediately, the release date would be past the two months mark) I'll go through the ticket situation this coming weekend, to understand how important it would be to get the content we already have, released. There would also be arguments for delaying the release a bit. We currently have no interesting outside deadlines to match (freeciv-3.0.7 is not going to miss out from distribution releases simply because it misses their deadline). Just this week we've got a bunch of fresh new bug reports (thanks for the increased testing coverage!), and it could make sense to still fix some of those to 3.0.7 so that further testing is not delayed by a release cycle, until 3.0.8, in cases where people test on stable releases. Most importantly, I'm worried that we may have some serious regressions since 3.0.6. I'll investigate that, and if they indeed are regressions, then we either have to fix them, or to revert whatever caused them. - ML --0000000000001c109805f797dfbe Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr"><div><br></div><div>=C2=A0All the bootstrap file backports= we wanted to 3.0.7 have been made, overall resolved ticket count ( as repo= rted in <a href=3D"https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/milestone/3736"= >https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/milestone/3736</a> ) is 94 alread= y, so we would have some content to release.
