 To make a version with https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/47690
fixed also freeciv-2.6 msys2 Windows Installer users, I hope to release
2.6.9 in two weeks, i.e., Friday 21st April would be a release day.
 S2_6 has been in permanent string freeze well over a year already - there
should be no new strings (but of course if one wants to improve
translations of the existing ones, they are free to do so)
