weeks, and I've not yet even started my usual "tasks of the last week
before the release". I don't think there's any chance to get the release
out on Friday, but I believe that, e.g., the missing build test runs can
happen during Friday, so that release could still take place on Saturday ->
targeting that now.
 It's always possible that testing reveals something blocking the release
(that's the reason we do those tests, after all), and I want to investigate
https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/47882 to make sure that it's not a
regression affecting S2_6.
