The First Expansion for RailRoad Dice

For those of you who are RailRoad Dice fans, the first expansion for 
RailRoad Dice, RailRoad Dice - Germany, will be available starting 
October 29th, 2004. This expansion provides a new board to play on as 
well as new rules. (Which can lead to an interesting variant for the 
original version. I'll post my thoughts about that later.)

For those of you familiar with the game, you know that you can buy 
control of the directorship for a rail company by buying shares and 
then you can build stations for that company. In RRD:G anyone can build 
stations for any company. But to gain control of a company, you must 
transport the most passengers. Stations are rated at 3 passenger points 
or 5 passenger points, which you collect when you build the station. 
Additionally, you can spend "transportation tokens" to gain an 
additional passenger point for each station built. The "transportation 
tokens" are the share symbols on the dice.

There are no new dice in the game, and the play is pretty much the 
same, only the tile map is set, a 4 x 6 grid of "tiles" representing 
Germany. You start building your track north of Frankfurt and head off 
into two different directions.

game!
